Salesforce (SFDC) Developer - Nagpur
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process builders.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, deployment instructions, and user guides.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, QA, and other developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and product releases.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and data model.
Experience with version control tools like Git and deployment tools like Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II (preferred).
