Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, etc.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, views, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and workflows.
Create and manage service catalog items and record producers.
Maintain platform integrity and version upgrades.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform
