Hiring for SAP Success Factor - PAN INDIA
Must-Have Recruiting Module (Recruiting Management Marketing)
Configure and manage recruiting workflows, templates, and requisition approval processes.
Integrate recruiting systems with external job boards, assessment tools, and background check providers.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimize candidate experience and recruiter efficiency.
Maintain and troubleshoot recruiting-related integrations (e.g., SSO, data feeds, middleware like SAP CPI).
Performance Goals Administer performance review cycles and templates (mid-year, annual).
Support configuration of goal plans, competencies, calibration sessions, and performance forms.
Collaborate with the People Experience team to manage the Performance Development calendar.
Provide training and support for leaders and crew members (JetBlue employees) during performance review cycles.
Core HR Employee Central (if in use) Support core employee master data, position management, and workflows in SuccessFactors.

System Configuration, Projects Upgrades Participate in bi-annual SAP releases by testing new features and assessing business impact.
Assist in new module rollouts, enhancements, and data integrations using SAP BTP, CPI, or third-party platforms.
Document configuration decisions, business processes, and data flowsGood-to-Have3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with hands-on configuration experience in at least two of the following Recruiting, Performance Goals, Employee Central.
Strong understanding of HR business processes (talent acquisition, performance management, etc.).
Proficient in system troubleshooting, test planning, and release management.
Experience in creating reports, analyzing HR metrics, and ensuring data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
