Job Title: Project Manager (Business Excellence)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the Business Excellence aspects of Delivery within our organization.

1. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project yield, project management, resource allocation, workload assignments, and more.

2. The span of control for the Project Manager will extend over a group of technical and people managers, as well as their direct reportees.

3. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, the Project Manager will also play a key role in driving Revenue & Contribution Margin.

4. It is essential that the Project Manager has a clear understanding of how their decisions and actions impact Revenue & Contribution Margin.

5. The level of direct responsibility will vary based on the size and requirements of the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12 - 16 years of experience in Project management of Oil and Gas projects
• Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical engineering
• Familiarity with applicable national and international codes (ASME, ASTM, EURO, CSA, AS, etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
• Adaptability to new tools and technologies
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
