Handling Laptop Dispatch & Asset Management
Managing Vendor Relationships & Assisting with IT Audits
Performing Login, Email & Technical Troubleshooting
Overseeing Office Administration & Inventory Management
Coordinating Ticket & Hotel Bookings
Managing Visa Processing & Travel Arrangements
Organizing Events & Meetings
Supporting Employee Onboarding
Managing Internal Communications & Documentation
Required Skills:
Proficiency in IT Admin Support
Experience in Office Administration
Ability in Travel Coordination
Event Coordination Skills
Vendor Management Expertise
Competence with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Communication Abilities
