You would be a part of the centric PLM team whose vision is to enable H&M to become often work on customizing software to meet the specific needs of an organization. This could involve tailoring the user interface, workflows, and features to align with the unique processes and requirements of the business. Building customizations & configuration, working with business teams for solution options discussion and documentation
We are looking for a Software Engineer to bring new competence to our organization Business Tech. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future organization, Furthermore, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain the large-scale data infrastructure required for data modeling projects
Leverage an understanding of software architecture and software design patterns to write scalable, maintainable, well-designed, and future-proof code.
Work in a cross-functional agile team of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to provide business value for the H&M Group

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- You have a degree in Computer science or similar fields, such as software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- You have 5-8 years of experience coding in Python, with hands-on knowledge with Pandas and NumPy
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Pytest
- You are a hands-on person and love coding as much as breathing. You like applying software engineering practices.
- You have experience in developing software products and deploying them to production (CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker)
- You have experience in handling high-volume heterogeneous data in stream applications.
- You have a solid understanding of data structures, databases, and data storage technologies applicable particularly to data-intensive applications.
- You have solid experience in Azure or Google Cloud
- Have worked with flask or fastAPI
- You have exposure to scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and secure system design and implementation.
- You have experience in agile ways of working, team collaboration, data-driven development, and reliable and responsible experimentation.
- You embody the DevOps principle and have hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices.
- You have experience in software product lifecycle management, including designing, prototyping, implementing, testing, packaging, deployment, integration, maintenance, etc.
