Knowledge of Trade processing workflow - Front office to back office
Handling Audits- Internal & external (System, ITGC, Cybersec, broking) - Collection of data from application and Infra teams and working with Auditor
Back office application support - Precision - Change management ,vendor co-ordination and DR/BCP
ENIT and BEFS Portal - download and upload of various regulatory data
NEAT/BOLT application support - Change management and co-ordination with desktop support
Invoice processing - SIFY, BSE. Continuously monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure stability and performance. Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.Manage application deployments and ensure smooth, error-free releases. Optimize system performance and ensure high availability as per SLA targets. Automates repetitive tasks using scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. PL/SQL (Toad Oracle).
