Product Manager
We are seeking a highly specialized and driven Product Manager & eCQM Specialist to lead the end-to-end business lifecycle of our Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQM) reporting product. This is a critical role that demands a rare blend of product leadership, deep clinical informatics expertise, and technical proficiency in US healthcare regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch optimization.
Define and execute the product roadmap based on CMS/ONC regulatory changes, market trends, and customer feedback.
Translate complex clinical quality measures into clear, actionable technical specifications for the engineering team.
2. eCQM Technical Leadership
Serve as the internal authority on Clinical Quality Language (CQL) and measure logic implementation.
3. Certifications & Compliance
Spearhead the ONC Health IT Certification process and any relevant state/federal attestations.
4. Customer Engagement & Communication
Translate "technical speak" into business and clinical value for C-suite executives, Quality Directors, and Clinical Informaticists..
Required Qualifications
Experience 8+ years in Product Management within the HealthTech or EHR space, specifically focused on Quality Measures.
Regulatory Expertise Comprehensive understanding of US hospital reporting mandates (CMS, TJC, ONC).
Technical Skills Proven experience with HL7 standards, XML (QRDA I/III), and Clinical Quality Language (CQL). Having experience in FHIR implementation is prefereable.
Certification Previous experience successfully navigating ONC-ACB certification and attestation cycles.
Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related clinical field.
