Job Description:
- Support ECS customer migration into the Private Cloud from a project and program perspective
- Advocate for the customer and ensure a smooth transition with landscape and business delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Delivery Engagement Organization (CDE) and ECS Delivery
- Work with external parties such as hyperscalers and Global Strategic Service Partners (GSSP)
- Provide quality services to satisfy customer needs
- Coordinate infrastructure and application complexities throughout the onboarding cycle
- Service provided through a Project Leader (PL)
