Job Purpose- The role involves managing and overseeing door-to-door (D2D) sales operations within a specific region. Focus is on driving sales and revenue targets, acquiring and retaining customers, creating visibility for D2D offerings, and ensuring smooth operations from safety to on-time delivery.

2. Experience: 10-12 years in sales and business development.

Sales Enablement & Customer Acquisition
- Achieve regional D2D sales and revenue targets.
- Acquire new customers (fleets, OEMs, gated communities, businesses).
- Educate customers on D2D benefits and app usage.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.

Channel Satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with channel partners.
- Provide training and resolve conflicts.
- Set performance expectations and track KPIs.

Product Training
- Train TSMs and dealer staff on product handling, SOPs, safety, and app usage.

Below-the-Line Activities & Incentives
- Coordinate BTL activities at ROs, industrial areas, and societies.
- Explore incentives for large fleet customers.

Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track conversion rates, order values, and acquisition costs.
- Liaise with app vendor and HO for data.

Audits
- Ensure gantries, canisters, and bowsers are safe and compliant.
- Monitor adherence to SOPs and quality checks.

Compliance
- Ensure compliance with government norms and company policies.

Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
- Share competitor schemes with HO.
