Job Purpose- The role involves managing and overseeing door-to-door (D2D) sales operations within a specific region. Focus is on driving sales and revenue targets, acquiring and retaining customers, creating visibility for D2D offerings, and ensuring smooth operations from safety to on-time delivery.

1.Qualification-Engineer & MBA (preferably Marketing).

2. Experience: 10-12 years in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Enablement & Customer Acquisition
    • Achieve regional D2D sales and revenue targets.
    • Acquire new customers (fleets, OEMs, gated communities, businesses).
    • Educate customers on D2D benefits and app usage.
    • Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
  2. Channel Satisfaction
    • Build strong relationships with channel partners.
    • Provide training and resolve conflicts.
    • Set performance expectations and track KPIs.
  3. Product Training
    • Train TSMs and dealer staff on product handling, SOPs, safety, and app usage.
  4. Below-the-Line Activities & Incentives
    • Coordinate BTL activities at ROs, industrial areas, and societies.
    • Explore incentives for large fleet customers.
  5. Sales Performance Monitoring
    • Track conversion rates, order values, and acquisition costs.
    • Liaise with app vendor and HO for data.
  6. Audits
    • Ensure gantries, canisters, and bowsers are safe and compliant.
    • Monitor adherence to SOPs and quality checks.
  7. Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with government norms and company policies.
  8. Reporting & Analysis
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis.
    • Share competitor schemes with HO.
