About the Role
RAPS Consulting is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with prior experience in Insurance/BFSI hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring insurance-related processes and a strong understanding of the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT Insurance/BFSI roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and references
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Understand hiring requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines

Required Skill Set
Candidates should have prior hiring experience for processes such as:

• Insurance Claims
• Employee Benefits (EB / Non-EB)
• Corporate Insurance
• Group Life Insurance
• General Insurance
• GMC (Group Medical Coverage)
• Commercial Lines
• TPA operations
• Underwriting / Servicing roles

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Prior BFSI / Insurance hiring exposure
• Good understanding of insurance terminology and processes
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
