Job Purpose:
Hands-on Quality Engineering Manager to lead our QA organization into its next phase of maturity. This role is perfect for a technical leader who still enjoys diving into the code but has the strategic mindset to manage a high-performing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of QA Engineers. Conduct performance reviews, career coaching, andresource planning.
  • Define and implement a comprehensive QE strategy that covers UI, Mobile, API, and Performance
    testing.
  • Design and oversee the execution of complex E2E test scenarios that mirror real-world userworkflows. This includes ensuring data integrity as it flows across multiple integrated platforms, frommobile front ends to backend microservices.
  • Develop a high-impact regression strategy that balances automated execution with targeted manual sanity checks. Ensure the suite is optimized to provide maximum coverage with minimal execution
    time.
  • Drive the adoption of Shift-Left testing and CI/CD integration to accelerate release cycles without
    compromising quality.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Appium (iOS/Android) using JAVA. Lead the expansion intoPlaywright for web testing.
  • Collaborate with Dev & DevOps to integrate performance benchmarks using JMeter or similar tools
    to ensure system scalability.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years in Software Quality Engineering & 2+ years of experience directly managing a techno
    functional team.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Selenium and Appium (must have hands-on experience with bothAndroid and iOS platforms).
  • Strong experience in automating RESTful services using Rest Assured and manual validation viaPostman.
  • Decent, practical experience with Playwright.
  • Experience in performance benchmarks using JMeter or similar tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to the healthcare domain is a plus.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Equivalent.
