About the Role :

Roles & Responsibilities -

Manage end-to-end store operations to achieve sales targets and profitability

Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service

Ensure high standards of visual merchandising as per brand guidelines

Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and timely replenishment

Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and take corrective actions

Handle customer complaints and ensure a premium shopping experience

Implement promotional activities and drive footfall and conversions

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and loss prevention norms

Manage store expenses, rosters, attendance, and payroll coordination

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Graduate; diploma/degree in fashion or retail management preferred

4-8 years of experience in women's fashion/apparel retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills Good understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling

Target-driven with strong business acumen

Proficient in POS systems and MS Excel

Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and peak sale periods
