Role Overview

As a Senior Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales for GyFTR's T&E (Travel & Expense) and rewards platform. This is an individual contributor role focused on acquiring and managing enterprise clients, engaging with key decision-makers, and delivering consultative, value-driven solutions.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle while working closely with internal teams to ensure successful deal closures and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects (2000+ employee organizations)

  • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation product demo negotiation closure

  • Engage with senior stakeholders including CFOs, HR Heads, and Procurement leaders

  • Deliver consultative sales pitches focused on cost savings, compliance, and efficiency

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams for solution alignment

  • Execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies

  • Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and reporting discipline

  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales

  • Background in SaaS, Fintech, HCM, Payroll, or T&E solutions preferred

  • Proven ability to close mid-to-large ticket deals (10L-25L ACV)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Understanding of enterprise workflows (finance, HR, procurement)

  • Experience using CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Experience selling to CXO-level stakeholders

  • Exposure to travel, expense management, or finance automation solutions

  • Ability to work independently with high ownership

  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling mindset
