Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in
Finance and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
implementing, configuring, and supporting NetSuite solutions while ensuring alignment
with business requirements and best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Supply
Chain processes.
Configure and implement NetSuite modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed
Assets) and Supply Chain (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management).
Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable and efficient business solutions.
Perform gap analysis and provide functional solutions aligned with business needs.
Support data migration, UAT, and post-implementation activities.
Create functional documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and workflows.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues.
Skills and Experience Required:
7+ years of overall experience, with significant hands-on experience in NetSuite
Functional roles.
Strong expertise in NetSuite Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Revenue Management).
Good experience in Supply Chain processes (Inventory, Procurement, Order
Management).
Experience in at least 1-2 full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key Competencies:
NetSuite certification (preferred)
Experience in workflow customization and saved searches.
Exposure to integration tools and third-party systems
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
