Key Responsibilities
Calendar management - the ability to manage competing priorities and large meetings
Travel - responsible for scheduling extensive domestic and international travel arrangements
Process expense reports and invoices management
Organize events and staff meetings
Create trusted partnerships with other executive admins across the organization
Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the work place, workplace citation events, town halls etc.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Proficiency as SAP User
YOU MUST HAVE
Any full-time Graduate
10 years+ experience of executive admin experience
Excellent computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
GOOD TO HAVE
College degree preferred
Individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, anticipateates the needs of their clients
Ability to focus on important information and identify key details
Strong organizational skills
Experience working in a global organization preferred
Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
