Job Summary:
The Placement Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all placement-related activities for students. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate partners, facilitating campus recruitment processes, and supporting students in career planning and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage end-to-end placement activities for students.
Identify students' employment interests and provide career guidance support.
Liaise with corporate organizations for internships, live projects, and placements.
Represent the institution at professional, corporate, and career planning forums.
Coordinate with students, faculty in-charge, and placement committees for smooth execution of placement processes.
Organize and manage campus recruitment drives and interviews.
Prepare placement brochures, reports, and presentations in collaboration with student committees.
Maintain and update placement databases and records.
Facilitate lateral and final placements for students.
Visit industries to build and strengthen industry partnerships.
Develop industry interfaces for training programs, CEO series, corporate projects, and industry visits.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification
Master's Degree (2 years full-time) in Marketing / Human Resources from a reputed institution or a recognized university.
Professional Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and Human Resources.
Experience in the education sector/institutions or service sector will be preferred.
Prior placement experience at Institutes of National/International repute will be an added advantage.
