Senior Management Trainee- Enterprise Sales

  • Identify and engage potential Clients through market research and prospecting.
  • Acquisition of New Enterprise Clients.
  • Mapping the relevant stakeholders and the requirements of enterprise clients. Provide them with the best solution to meet their recruitment / Employer branding needs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that address client challenges.
  • Meet and exceed sales target by effectively communicating product value propositions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Achieving sales objectives and revenue targets by selling and up-selling, and cross-selling varied offerings including employer branding options. sales management to drive both volume and value business.
  • Provide training to existing clients to enhance the usage of the platform services.
  • Sales Analysis, usage review, and planning vis-a-vis product analysis on a Quarterly basis to arrive at the action plan for the new quarter.
  • Closely monitoring competitor activities and assisting in planning counter strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.
