AI/ML Developer

We are seeking a Python & AI/ML Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and LLMs, and a passion for building real-world AI applications. You will design, develop, and refine machine learning models and algorithms that enhance our products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and AI models.
\n
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze data to train, validate, and test models.
\n
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and improve existing ML and deep learning models.
\n
• Create technical designs for AI/ML/NLP/NLU/NLG projects and drive implementation in production.
\n
• Collaborate with product teams, analysts, and developers to integrate ML models into applications.
\n
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
\n
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, deep learning, and LLMs.
\n
• Mentor and guide junior developers in AI/ML practices and tools.
\n

• \n5–8 years of proven experience in AI/ML development with Python.
\n
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
\n
• Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and algorithms.
\n
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and modern NLP techniques.
\n
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred – SageMaker, Aurora, MongoDB, Analytics).
\n
• Familiarity with data science tools (Python, R; knowledge of Java/C is a plus).
\n
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud solutions (AWS/GCP).
\n
• Ability to produce robust, scalable, and production-ready ML solutions.
\n
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
\n
• Leadership ability to train and build a team of AI/ML developers.
\n

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
\n
• Relevant certifications in Python, AI/ML, or LLMs.
\n
