• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for non-tech roles

• Build effective sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, and referrals

• Screen and shortlist candidates with precision and professionalism
\n
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
\n
• Partner closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and reports
\n

• \n6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in non-tech recruitment
\n
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement
\n
• Excellent communication skills – written & spoken\n
\n
• Confident, proactive, and target-driven mindset
\n
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
