AI Developers (Senior Level)

• Strong background in LLMs, NLP, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience in Machine Learning (Mandatory)
• Strong Machine Learning & NLP expertise: classification, sequence models, transformers (BERT, RoBERTa), embeddings.
• Hands-on with Python ML/NLP libraries: scikit-learn, xgboost, lightgbm, PyTorch, TensorFlow, nltk, spaCy, transformers.
• Expertise in Regex and structured pattern matching for detecting sensitive data.
• Experience with Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Blob Storage, Synapse, and other Azure services.
• Deploying ML models as Azure ML endpoints, Azure Functions, or containerized apps.
• Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services for text analytics, embeddings, or NLP preprocessing.
• Knowledge of data privacy, DLP, and compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Strong ETL, feature engineering, and large-scale data processing experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Presidio
• Skilled in integrating multiple LLM providers (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Meta, etc..).
• Ability to optimize LLM performance and cost in production workloads.
• Strong coding skills in Python
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and secure AI pipeline design.
