Role Overview

The Telecaller / Client Outreach Executive plays a critical role in client acquisition and revenue support at Apnabusinez.com.
The position focuses on outbound client communication, lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment coordination, ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline for CA and compliance services.

The role requires strong multilingual communication skills, discipline in data handling, and the ability to perform in a target-oriented, professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calling (80–120 calls/day) to prospective and existing clients.
  • \n
  • Clearly explain Apnabusinez.com services including GST, Income Tax, Business Registration, ROC, TDS, and Compliance.
  • \n
  • Qualify leads using approved scripts, checklists, and eligibility criteria.
  • \n
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems and Google Sheets.
  • \n
  • Schedule client appointments and coordinate seamless handover to Sales Executives.
  • \n
  • Conduct structured follow-ups on pending leads and inquiries.
  • \n
  • Maintain call quality, compliance, and professional communication standards.
  • \n
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
