The Telecaller / Client Outreach Executive plays a critical role in client acquisition and revenue support at Apnabusinez.com.
The position focuses on outbound client communication, lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment coordination, ensuring a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline for CA and compliance services.
The role requires strong multilingual communication skills, discipline in data handling, and the ability to perform in a target-oriented, professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- \n
- Execute high-volume outbound calling (80–120 calls/day) to prospective and existing clients. \n
- Clearly explain Apnabusinez.com services including GST, Income Tax, Business Registration, ROC, TDS, and Compliance. \n
- Qualify leads using approved scripts, checklists, and eligibility criteria. \n
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems and Google Sheets. \n
- Schedule client appointments and coordinate seamless handover to Sales Executives. \n
- Conduct structured follow-ups on pending leads and inquiries. \n
- Maintain call quality, compliance, and professional communication standards. \n
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. \n
