\n\ninstitutes, coaching firms, and corporate clients who want deeper behavioral insights
\n\nfor hiring, leadership development, and team‑building.

Role Overview
\n\nWe are looking for a Sales Head to lead our sales function and drive business
\n\nexpansion and revenue growth. You will own the sales strategy, lead the sales team,
\n\nand actively acquire large‑ticket clients while building a scalable sales engine for our
\n\ngraphology‑based HR platform.
\n\n\n\n
Key Responsibilities
\n\nDevelop and execute a high‑growth sales strategy for the company (new
\n\nmarkets, new segments, upsell/cross‑sell).
\n\nLead, mentor, and manage the sales team (including field sales executives and
\n\naccount managers).
\n\nBuild and manage a strong pipeline of B2B clients – HR departments,
\n\ncorporate L&D teams, training institutes, coaching firms, and
\n\nassessment‑based organizations.
\n\nPersonally drive key account acquisition and renewal, including high‑value
\n\ncontracts and strategic partnerships.
\n\nEnsure lead conversion targets are met (from first contact → demo → paid
\n\ncontract) with a clear, data‑driven sales funnel.
\n\nWork closely with product, marketing, and operations to align offers, pricing,
\n\nand messaging with market needs.
\n\nTravel across regions as needed to meet clients, partners, and sales teams.

Skills & Qualifications
\n\nProven experience as a Sales Head / Sales Director / Business Head (Sales) in
\n\na B2B or SaaS/HR‑tech environment.
\n\nStrong track record in business growth, revenue expansion, and team
\n\nleadership.
\n\nExperience in lead generation, field sales, client acquisition, and contract
\n\nclosure with measurable conversion metrics.
\n\nAbility to build and manage sales processes, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (especially for
\n\nC‑suite and HR leaders).
\n\nComfortable with travel for field visits and client meetings.

Preferred (nice‑to‑have)
\n\nPrior experience in HR tech, assessment tools, coaching, or training / L&D
\n\nsales.
\n\nUnderstanding of personality‑based assessments or behavior‑driven products.
