Job Role: Product Manager

Exp: 5-7 Year(Full Time)

Job Responsibilities :

%CF; Lead the product life cycle, including vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, user experience, delivery, launch, improvements & support

%CF; Conduct market research and analysis to identify business needs and translate them into requirements

%CF; Translate product requirements into sprint planning, define product feature sets with clear requirements

%CF; Collaborate across disciplines including, business, design, development, QA, implementation & customer support teams to deliver defined feature sets

%CF; Define & document success criteria for testing and product acceptance

%CF; Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

%CF; Own, manager & prioritize product development backlogs

%CF; Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to lead market & user research and drive innovation

Required

%CF; Prior experience working on consumer-facing products.

%CF; Proven 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager and strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies and best practices

%CF; Excellent requirement analysis and prioritization skills

%CF; Excellent communication, analytical, multitasking & problem solving skills

%CF; Strong passion and focus on delivering the premium customer experience

%CF; Willingness to push yourself to learn new things and collaborate with team member
