Job Description:
\n\nWe are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales and a strong ability to understand customer needs, drive conversions, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
\n\n* Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.
\n\n* Conduct consultative sales calls to understand learner needs.
\n\n* Provide detailed counselling on Scaler’s programs and career paths.
\n\n* Follow up with leads to drive enrolments and meet monthly sales targets.
\n\n* Maintain high lead-to-conversion ratios through structured communication.
\n\n* Manage CRM updates and ensure data accuracy.
\n\n* Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
\n\n* Participate in sales reviews, training, and performance discussions.
\n\n\n\n
Required Skills & Competencies:
\n\n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\n* Good sales attitude with a proactive and achievement-driven approach.
\n\n* Ability to understand customer motivations and pitch effectively.
