Position: Kannada Language Expert

Location: Gurgaon (Candidates from Bangalore preferred)

Experience: 0–3 years

Working Days: 6 days/week

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and empathetic Sales Executive to join our team at our
Gurgaon office. This role is ideal for candidates based in Bangalore who are fluent in
Kannada and English, and are passionate about helping people—especially
patients—through excellent communication and service.

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, guiding patients with clarity and compassion while
ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Engage with inbound/outbound leads, primarily from Karnataka, to guide patients through
our healthcare services

- Communicate clearly and empathetically in Kannada and English

- Build trust and rapport with patients to ensure satisfaction and retention

- Coordinate internally for smooth end-to-end service delivery

- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead data and follow-ups

- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups

- Handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining service quality
