Job Title: HCC Medical CoderJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Medical Coder to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical coding, specifically in HCC (Hierarchical Condition Category) coding. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:1. Assign and sequence ICD codes accurately for HCC purposes
2. Review medical records and claims data to identify HCC conditions
3. Stay updated on coding guidelines, regulations, and industry changes
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding issues

Requirements:1. 1+ year of experience in medical coding, preferably in HCC coding
2. Knowledge of ICD coding systems and HCC guidelines
3. Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary:₹3,00,000 per annum
