\n\nAceTech E-Commerce Limited is seeking a Social Media Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Thane.
\n\nThe selected candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media strategy across platforms, with a strong focus on content planning, execution, and performance optimization.
\n\nThis role involves active participation in video-led content, including planning, coordinating, and, where required, appearing in content to ensure authenticity and audience engagement.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company’s presence across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels\n \n
- Plan and execute structured content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives \n
- Create and publish video-first content, including short-form formats (Reels, Shorts) and product-focused videos \n
- Participate in content creation, including on-camera presence where required\n \n
- Develop engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy aligned with brand voice \n
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions \n
- Stay updated with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes \n
- Collaborate with internal teams including video editors, designers, and marketing professionals\n \n
- Support basic graphic requirements such as simple creatives, thumbnails, or post assets (where required) \n
Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices\n \n
- Proven experience in social media management and content planning\n \n
- Comfortable with video content participation and on-camera presence when required\n \n
- Basic understanding of content production workflows\n \n
- Familiarity with basic graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)\n \n
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills\n \n
- Ability to interpret data and optimize content performance \n
- Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and execution quality \n
- Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands\n \n
- Understanding of performance-driven content\n \n
- Familiarity with AI-based content tools\n \n
