Job Description
- \nTechnical Support & Troubleshooting:
- \n
- Providing Tier 1/Tier 2 support via phone, email, or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). \n
- \n
Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues (computers, printers, scanners, peripherals)
\n.
\n- \n
- Installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting software, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and applications. \n
- Performing remote troubleshooting to minimize user downtime. \n
\n - \nInfrastructure & System Maintenance:
- \n
- Configuring and deploying new workstations for user onboarding. \n
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace. \n
- Implementing security updates, patching systems, and ensuring antivirus software is active. \n
- Maintaining network connectivity, including troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and VPN issues. \n
\n - \nDocumentation & Asset Management:
- \n
- Documenting technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to build a knowledge base. \n
- Maintaining inventory records of IT assets (hardware/software licenses). \n

Creating user guides and training employees on IT policies.
