\n\nJob Role & Responsibilities\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a B2B Demand Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in generating enterprise demand specifically for SAP and/or ServiceNow solutions.
\n\nThis role focuses on building qualified pipeline through targeted enterprise campaigns, not just lead volume. You will work on account-based marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and AI-driven optimization to drive meetings and opportunities.

- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategiesKey Responsibilities \n
- Enterprise Demand Generation (Core Focus) \n
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns for: \n
- SAP services / implementations / integrations \n
- ServiceNow solutions / workflows \n
- Target enterprise accounts and decision-makers \n
- \n
- Run campaigns across: \n
- LinkedIn Ads (primary channel) \n
- Google Ads \n
- Email / outbound campaigns \n
- Drive campaigns for webinars, demos, case studies, and whitepapers \n
- Create messaging aligned with enterprise pain points \n
- \n
- Generate qualified leads → meetings → pipeline \n
- Work with SDR/Sales teams to improve: \n
- Lead quality \n
- Conversion rates \n
- Focus on pipeline impact, not just CPL \n
- \n
- Use AI tools for: \n
- Ad copy and campaign messaging \n
- Audience targeting and segmentation \n
- Campaign optimization and insights \n
- Continuously improve performance using data \n
- \n
- Manage tracking (UTMs, pixels, CRM integration) \n
- Analyze metrics (CTR, CPL, SQLs, pipeline value) \n
- Share insights and optimize campaigns \n
- \n
- Work with content/design for enterprise-ready assets \n
- Align with sales on ICP, accounts, and feedback loops \n
Technical background
\n\n3–5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation / Performance Marketing
\n\nExperience working in enterprise / IT services / SaaS environment
\n\nHands-on exposure to:
\n\n- SAP ecosystem OR ServiceNow platform (preferred)
Strong experience in:
\n\n- \n
- LinkedIn Ads (must-have) \n
- ABM (Account-Based Marketing) \n
- B2B funnel management \n
Proven ability to generate:
