\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • \n
  • Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media.
  • \n
  • Learn to create and manage search strings for different roles on job boards.
  • \n
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • \n
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines.
  • \n
  • Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
  • \n
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks.
  • \n
\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n

  • Fresh graduate (BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com, or any field – HR specialization is a plus).
  • \n
  • Keen interest in HR and recruitment as a career path.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly.

  • Ability to put in extra effort and go beyond basics.
