HR Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn the end-to-end recruitment process, gain hands-on experience in HR, and build a long-term career in talent acquisition.

• Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social media.
\n
• Learn to create and manage search strings for different roles on job boards.
\n
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
\n
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines.
\n
• Assist in employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
\n
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks.
\n

• Fresh graduate (BBA, MBA, BA, B.Com, or any field – HR specialization is a plus).

• Keen interest in HR and recruitment as a career path.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly.

• Ability to put in extra effort and go beyond basics.

• Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking ability.
