SEO Team Lead

What you'll be doing

• Leading and mentoring a team of SEO executives and content writers
\n
• Building and executing SEO strategies across domestic and international client accounts\n
\n
• Managing end-to-end client communication — onboarding, reporting, reviews, and retention
\n
• Preparing and presenting detailed monthly performance reports\n
\n
• Conducting technical audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
\n
• Tracking rankings, traffic, and ROI across all accounts
\n
• Keeping the team updated on Google algorithm changes and industry trends
\n

What we're looking for

\n
• 3–5 years of SEO experience with 1–2 years in a lead or senior role
\n
• Must have managed a team of 3 or more people\n
\n
• Strong client-handling experience — domestic & international both\n
\n
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken + written)
\n
• Hands-on with SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog
\n
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
\n
• Analytical thinker who can turn data into strategy
\n
