Instructional Designer - Internship Program

Swift eLearning Services is looking for enthusiastic and creative Instructional Designer Interns who are passionate about learning design and digital content creation. This role offers hands-on experience in developing engaging eLearning solutions while working closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

• Analyze client requirements and understand eLearning project needs

• Define clear learning objectives and course structures

• Develop storyboards, scripts, and content outlines

• Design and support development of interactive eLearning modules
\n
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences

• Ensure accuracy of task analysis, training requirements, and learning hierarchy
\n
• Assist in evaluation planning and course effectiveness measurement
\n
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and SMEs
\n
• Support all phases of instructional design lifecycle

• Strong creativity and interest in instructional design and digital learning\n

• Basic understanding of learning theories and content structuring

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to understand technical and non-technical topics
