ServiceNow Automation Analyst

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Automation Analyst to design, build, and optimize automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across ITSM processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

• Design and implement automations using ServiceNow Automation Engine and Flow Designer\n

• Develop and manage integrations using Integration Hub\n
\n
• Build and maintain RPA bots for end-to-end process automation
\n
• Implement and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
\n
• Automate ITSM workflows aligned with ITIL processes\n
\n
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical automation solutions
\n
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of automation solutions
\n
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations
\n

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automation Engine & Flow Designer\n
\n
• Experience with Integration Hub and RPA\n
\n
• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs\n
\n
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes\n
\n
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
