As a TeleSales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our customer base. You will learn valuable sales and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

%CF; Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.

\n\n

%CF; Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective clients.

%CF; Understand customer needs, address their questions, and provide product information effectively.

\n\n

%CF; Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling, market research, and other lead-generation methods.

\n\n

%CF; Work closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.

\n\n

%CF; Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in our CRM system.

\n\n

%CF; Assist in creating sales materials and presentations.

\n\n

%CF; Learn and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.

\n\n

%CF; Receive training and coaching from experienced sales professionals.

\n\n

%CF; Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.

\n\n
