Greetings from TCS!!\nTCS is hiring for SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Finance - Cost Management & Profitability Analysis(FICO)\nExp: 8+ years only\nLocation: Bengaluru\n\nShould have excellent functional skill e.g. Configuration and training skills in General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting, IOs and WBS, Document Splitting.\nResponsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules to meet business requirements. The role involves end-to-end financial process mapping, system customization, integration with other SAP modules, and providing functional support during implementation and post-go-live.\n\nConfigure and support SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.\nManage month-end and year-end financial closing activities.\nEnsure integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.\nProvide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.\nHandle issue resolution, system testing, and enhancements.\nSkills Required:\nStrong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration and business processes\nUnderstanding of accounting principles and controlling concepts\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills
