Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technology Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform . This role will focus on delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications primarily using Dynamics 365 Sales Hub , Power Apps , and Dataverse , while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Marketing & Field Service ) is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define and design end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Create architectural diagrams, data models, and integration strategies aligned with best practices .
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
Implementation & Rollout Support
- Lead technical design and configuration for Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Apps projects.
- Support global rollout initiatives , ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Provide guidance and training to project teams and end-users for adoption.
Platform Management & Optimization
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 entities , forms, workflows, and business rules.
- Optimize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for efficiency.
- Implement governance and security models for Power Platform and Dataverse.
Integration & Data Management
- Design and implement integrations using Azure services , Dataverse APIs , and connectors.
- Ensure data consistency , integrity, and compliance across systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct workshops and provide technical leadership to project teams.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution architecture, configurations, and processes.
- Provide regular reports and insights on system performance and adoption metrics.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales , Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Solid understanding of CRM processes and business workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
