We are a global leader in the technology arena and there’s nothing that can stop us from growing together.\nWhat we are looking for\nRole: OpenShift Platform Lead - Architect\nExperience Range: 8 – 12 Years\nLocation: Chennai/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata/NCR/Mumbai\nMust Have:\nOwn the end to end OpenShift platform lifecycle, including architecture, deployment models, scaling strategies, and Day 2 operational maturity\nDefine and maintain reference architectures, cluster topology standards (control plane, workers, infra nodes), and deployment patterns.\nEstablish OpenShift as a strategic enterprise platform supporting both containerized workloads and OpenShift Virtualization (VMs).\nAct as the final design authority for OpenShift platform decisions\nEnsure designs align with enterprise Linux, infrastructure, and security standards.\nCoordinate Red Hat Professional Services and specialized consultants\nLead OpenShift POC, pilot, and phased production rollout activities\nDeep hands-on and architectural experience with Red Hat OpenShift\nStrong understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals, even when abstracted by OpenShift.\n\nGood to Have:\nNetworking and load balancing Knowledge
