About Animaker\nAnimaker is a DIY online video creation platform that enables individuals and businesses to create animated and live-action videos easily without prior design expertise.\nIt serves a wide range of customers including SMBs, enterprises, marketers, educators, content creators, and Fortune 500 companies across global markets.\nAnimaker has over 30+ million users worldwide, making it one of the largest video creation platforms in its category.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDemand Generation\nBuild and scale inbound + outbound channels from scratch\nDrive qualified demo bookings through LinkedIn, cold email, paid ads, partnerships, webinars, and content\n\nPositioning & Messaging\nDefine ICP and craft sharp, high-converting messaging\nOwn landing pages, email sequences, pitch decks, and onboarding narratives\nContinuously test messaging across segments and double down on what resonates\n\nGrowth Experiments\nRun weekly experiments across acquisition, activation, and conversion\nTrack performance, optimize fast, and eliminate what doesn’t work\nBuild a repeatable growth playbook for scale\n\nRevenue Alignment\nWork directly with founders and sales to close the feedback loop\nImprove campaigns using real buyer insights, objections, and win data\nAlign marketing efforts tightly with pipeline and revenue goals\n\nRequirements:\n3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing\nExperience taking a product from 0 → 1 or early traction to scale\nStrong understanding of ICP definition, sales funnels, and buyer psychology\nHands-on with experimentation across acquisition, activation, and conversion\nAbility to write high-converting copy (landing pages, emails, LinkedIn content)\nComfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments\nBonus: Experience in AI or product-led growth companies
