Job description\nLocaton - Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Gurgaon\n\nRoles & Responsibilities: Finance Functional Consultant\nResponsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check\nEngage in pre-sales activities, client POCs\nUse Consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday expertise to elevate and realize success in the clients Workday journey.\nEngage with Project Manager, Onshore Lead and Clients to understand the Project Scope and manage the workstream\nCoordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact\nCertifications\nMust have- Workday Financial Essentials, Workday Financial Practical and One of the Pillar certifications (R2R, P2P or C2C).\nDesirable - Certification in any of Workday FDM, Business Assets, Banking and Settlement, Projects and Expenses is a plus.\nExperience & Background\nQualification should be BE / B.TECH /MBA(Finance)/CA\n4-9 years of experience in IT\nProfessional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday\nMinimum 3+ years of functional financials experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or other ERP financial management systems, etc\nCompletion of 2 full implementations with Workday Financials\nRequired Skills/Experience:\nExperience in leading and mentoring medium-sized team / working as subject matter expert through the entire SDLC.\nExperience in implementing configuring and supporting Workday Finance\nStrong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level.\nUnderstands and abide by security and data privacy standards\nPreferred Skills/Experience:\nWorkday PM, Workday Methodology – LE / ME\nWorkday Product Lead\nExperience on other modules like Budgets, Cash Management, Customer Accounts, Expenses, Inventory, Planning, Procurement, Projects, Revenue Management & Transaction Tax is a plus.\nExposure to Composite Reports is a plus.\nExperience in Workday DA review processes
