Vaidya Marg, Malad (East),\nMumbai - 400097\nWalkin Drive Date: Saturday,23rd May 2026\nExperience : 1 to 5 Years\nTimings: 9:00 Am to 12:00 Pm\n\nJob Skill: Mortgage Servicing\nShift Timings: Australian Shifts\nQualification: Graduate and above\nJoining: Immediate joiners / up to 30days\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n-Addressing and resolving customer's queries, inquiries, issues, or complaints.\n-Preparing correspondence including letters in a manner that reflects bank policies and guidelines while protecting integrity of the customer.\n-Data entry into systems such as loading direct debit instructions, offsets, or nomination, changing customer information, updating existing loan information, or initiating refunding transactions\n-Responsible for reviewing and completing payments to builders and customers for the construction of a house and includes the amending and distribution of schedules, ordering inspections, completing valuation requirements, actioning email related to the payments\nInvestigating queries on loan accounts maintained in the existing systems and applying loan features as requested by the customer\n-Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to TAT & Identify and escalate risks where applicable\n\nSkills & Experience:\nExperience in Mortgage Servicing / Banking / Financial Services\nKnowledge of Australian mortgage products and processes preferred\nStrong communication, coordination, and attention to detail\n\nDocuments need to carry:\nID Proof (Original) & Photocopy, Updated CV, Passport Size Photograph, All Education Documents, All Experience Documents and Xerox copy of EPFO.\n\nEligibility:\nBachelor's degree with (1 Year to 5 Years) can apply.\nMinimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)\nGraduates through Open Universities/Correspondence graduates need not apply\nNot more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment.\nWillingness to work in australian shifts\nRelieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory\n\nPFB the norms to be followed during the Interview process:\nWe will not be responsible for any loss of original certificates; it is the sole responsibility of the candidates.\nTwo / four-wheelers can be parked in the parking area.\nCandidates must wait in the lounge.\nWater dispensers are available.\nRest rooms are located near the wash area of the cafeteria.\n\n\"TCS does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment & selection process.
