Role Overview

We are looking for a Consulting‑oriented Pre‑Sales & Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Strategy Lead who can transform broad business direction into structured strategy, solution narratives, and revenue opportunities. This role sits between Consulting, Pre‑Sales, GTM, and Business Development , supporting analytics and technology solutions across multiple domains (Retail, BFSI, Media, Sports, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).

The ideal candidate is someone who understands technology + analytics , can think independently , shape market positioning , build GTM playbooks , and work closely with sales and delivery teams to convert opportunities into business.


Key Responsibilities

1. Consulting & GTM Strategy

  • Understand client problems across industries and translate them into analytics‑led solution approaches .
  • Create and own GTM strategies , messaging, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
  • Conduct market intelligence , identify whitespace opportunities, and develop domain‑specific narratives.


2. Pre‑Sales & Solutioning

  • Lead discovery calls, requirement workshops, and solution scoping.
  • Build proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, POVs, business cases .
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to design feasible solutions.


3. Business Development (Analytics & Technology)

  • Identify new opportunities across industries.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with strong qualification.
  • Support deal cycles by aligning offerings to client outcomes.


4. Industry & Client Engagement

  • Present to CXOs and senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Understand domain nuances in Media, Sports, Retail, BFSI, Telecom, and Enterprise Tech .
  • Engage with ecosystem partners, data providers, cloud platforms, and technology vendors.


5. Execution & Internal Leadership

  • Partner with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to ensure winning execution.
  • Build reusable assets—solution playbooks, GTM frameworks, messaging kits.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Strong experience in Consulting , Pre‑Sales , Solutioning , or GTM strategy within Tech/Analytics.
  • Ability to convert business problems into structured analytics/technology solutions .
  • Excellent storytelling , communication, and client‑facing skills.
  • Understanding of AI/ML, Data Engineering, BI, Cloud, Digital Transformation .
  • Proven track record in building proposals, RFP responses, GTM plans, and value frameworks .
  • Experience working across multiple domains (cross‑industry exposure).
