Job Description

Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: (Hybrid)
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Design: Follow full design lifecycle, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.
  • Figma Excellence: Build and maintain scalable, robust Design Systems in Figma, utilizing advanced features like AI tools, auto-layout, components, variants, and variables.
  • User Research & Testing: Conduct discovery research, user interviews, and usability testing to validate concepts and iterate based on real feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work as a strategic partner with Product Manager (Customer) & Product Owner to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Information Architecture: Design complex workflows, site maps, and navigation models that simplify the user journey.
  • Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback and design critiques to elevate the output of the broader team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience designing complex web and mobile applications (Edtech experience is a plus).
  • Figma Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Figma. You should be comfortable managing complex libraries and creating interactive prototypes that mimic real-time app behavior, including AI tools.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving process, user-centered methodologies, and high-quality visual execution.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to look beyond "pretty screens" to understand the underlying business logic and user motivations.
  • Communication: Excellent storytelling skills to present design decisions to stakeholders and influence product strategy.
  • Agile Mindset: Experience working in a fast-paced, 2-week sprint environment (Agile/Scrum).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Moodle or other Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to better collaborate with the development team.
