Job Description
Manage escalations from the L1 team and resolve them within SLA.\n\n4. Perform routine maintenance and updates on network devices.\n\n5. Configure and support daily tasks and basic firewall rules.\n\n6.
Document network issues, solutions, and changes.\n\n7. Coordinate with vendors or ISPs when required.\n\n8. Cisco ASA and Aruba Wireless Network.\n\nSoft Skills\n\n1.

Good understanding of ITIL based Service Management processes.\n\n5.Willingness to work in shifts or on-call rotation (for L2).\n\nL3 Support Engineer :\n\n1. Act as a subject matter expert for complex network troubleshooting and optimization.\n\n2. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level LAN/WAN environments.\n\n3.
Manage and secure firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto and Checkpoint).\n\n4. Handle high-severity incidents and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documentation.\n\n5.
Lead major upgrades, migrations, and network architecture changes.\n\n6. Provide mentorship and support to L2 engineers.\n\n7. Conduct risk assessments and capacity planning.\n\nSoft Skills\n\n1.
