Admission Counsellor
Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries via calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate student records and databases. Support admission conversions and achieve enrolment targets.
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admission activities and events. Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive applicant experience. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools preferred. Experience: Min. 1 year of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or customer relationship roles.
Experience in the education/coaching industry will be an added advantage.
