We are seeking a polished and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations at an Ultra High Net Worth client residence. The role involves maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards, supervising housekeeping associates, managing inventories, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring guest-ready upkeep of all residence areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff

Ensure luxury-level cleanliness and presentation standards

Manage linen, amenities, and housekeeping inventory

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas

Coordinate with maintenance and service teams for smooth operations

Train and guide housekeeping associates on SOPs and grooming standards

Preferred Profile:

Experience in luxury hotels, private residences, or hospitality sector

Strong leadership and attention to detail

Good communication and team management skills
