web, cloud-native, and SaaS-based applications (Salesforce, Oracle ATG, Oracle ERP/Cloud), from initiation to closure.\nDefine and manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, resource plans, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).\nDevelop and maintain realistic project schedules using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.\nEstimate project costs (labor, infrastructure, SaaS subscriptions, third-party integrations) and manage project budgeting & forecasting.\nTrack actual vs. planned budget, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.\nProactively monitor project health using dashboards, burn-down charts, velocity tracking, and earned value management (EVM).\nEstablish clear governance frameworks for status reporting, change control, and escalation management.\nIdentify, assess, and maintain a live risk register – technical risks, integration risks, SaaS vendor risks, resource risks – with mitigation plans.\nDrive proactive issue tracking and resolution, ensuring blockers are removed before they impact timelines.\nManage change requests (scope, schedule, cost) through formal change control processes.\nConduct phase-gate reviews, milestone sign-offs, and Go/No-Go decisions.\nFacilitate lessons learned and post-implementation retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.\nManage customer expectations through regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and transparent communication.\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted delivery partner.\nEnsure contractual compliance and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) where applicable.\nManage trade-offs between schedule, quality, scope, and budget in collaboration with technical architects and product owners.\nEffective people manager who motivates and drives teams to achieve success.\n\nAgile & Hybrid Process Management\nFacilitate agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid (agile + waterfall for SaaS) ceremonies.\nUse tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or Salesforce DX / Oracle Developer Cloud.\nDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes across blended teams.\n\nStakeholder & Customer Management\nServe as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across technical and business units.\nTranslate technical and SaaS platform constraints into business-friendly language.\nManage expectations, escalate risks, and drive decisions across multiple delivery partners.\nConduct regular customer health checks and satisfaction surveys.\nGovernance & Quality\nEnsure adherence to architectural standards, security guidelines, and compliance (SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).\nCoordinate QA strategies including unit, integration, performance, and SaaS-specific regression testing.\nConduct phase-gate reviews, Go/No-Go decisions, and post-implementation retrospectives.\nRequired Project Management Skills\n8–12 years of IT experience, with 4+ years as a Technical Project Manager delivering:\no Web / full-stack / cloud-native projects AND\no SaaS-based applications (Salesforce, Oracle ATG, or Oracle Cloud)\nStrong experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid (agile + waterfall) methodologies.\nProven expertise in project budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.\nHands-on experience with risk management, change control, and proactive tracking (EVM, burn-\ndowns, dashboards).\nStrong customer management and stakeholder communication skills.\nProficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.\nTrack record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or cloud-native applications to production within budget and schedule.\nNice to Have\nCertifications:\nPMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Agilist\nSalesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Project Manager\nOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations or Oracle ATG certification\nAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect – Associate\nExperience managing distributed/offshore teams and SaaS vendor co-delivery.\nBackground in pre-sales, proposal creation, or client-facing delivery for SaaS + custom cloud solutions.\nExposure to DevSecOps, compliance (SOC2, GDPR, PCI-DSS for Oracle ATG e-commerce).\n\nSoft Skills\nBridging communication – Connects developers, SaaS configurators, architects, business leaders, and\ncustomers.\nProactive risk & issue management – Identifies SaaS release conflicts, integration bottlenecks, and vendor dependencies before they escalate.\nFinancial acumen – Comfortable with budgeting, cost tracking, and business case validation.\nLeadership
