Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership with Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to senior technology leaders across Engineering, Product, and Technology functions. Shape and execute people strategies that directly support business growth and innovation.
Influence leadership decisions using data, insights, and strong business acumen. Organizational Design & Transformation Lead org design, restructuring, and scaling initiatives for rapidly growing technology teams. Drive organizational effectiveness and change management during transformation programs.
Partner with leadership to build high-performing, agile, and scalable organizations. Talent Strategy & Leadership Development Drive succession planning, leadership development, and performance management frameworks. Identify capability gaps and design strategic talent interventions.
Partner with talent acquisition to attract and retain world-class technical talent. Employee Experience & Culture Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, inclusion, and culture across technology teams. Actively diagnose and address organizational health challenges using people data.
Data-Driven HR Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to influence leadership decisions. Monitor key metrics including attrition, productivity, engagement, and diversity. HR Transformation Drive adoption of modern HR practices, digital HR tools, and scalable people processes.
Simplify and optimize HR programs to improve speed, impact, and employee experience. Qualifications 4–8 years of HR experience with significant time spent as an HR Business Partner or HR Consultant. Demonstrated experience supporting technology, engineering, or product organizations.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate as a strategic advisor. Strong experience in organizational design, change management, and talent strategy. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Required Skills MBA or advanced degree in HR or Business. Experience working in high-growth technology companies, global tech organizations, or consulting firms. Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging people analytics for decision making.
Demonstrated success in building scalable HR programs.
