Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) and Gearset (DevOps tool) . The ideal candidate will support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and manage Salesforce deployments, version control, and release management using Gearset.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdminister Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions)\nConfigure and support Salesforce CPQ (product setup, pricing, discounting, quoting)\nManage Revenue Cloud Billing (subscriptions, invoicing, revenue processes)\nHandle Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) lifecycle including contracts, renewals, and amendments\nUse Gearset for:\nDeployments across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod)\nVersion control integration (Git-based)\nCI/CD pipeline setup and automation\nMonitoring deployments and resolving conflicts\nBuild and maintain Flows, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards\nEnsure data quality, governance, and security compliance\nCollaborate with developers and business stakeholders for enhancements\nTroubleshoot production issues and support releases\n\nRequired Skills:\nStrong experience in Salesforce Administration\nHands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ\nGood knowledge of Revenue Cloud / Billing\nExperience with Gearset (DevOps for Salesforce)\nUnderstanding of CI/CD, version control (Git)\nExperience in Flows, validation rules, reporting\nKnowledge of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud\nStrong understanding of Q2C lifecycle
