Led by practitioners from leading technology companies, our programs have helped 1 lakh+ professionals grow into more confident builders.\n\nWe’re a profitable, fast-growing upskilling platform, backed by long-term partners and experienced angel investors across India and the US.\n\nResponsibilities:\nOwn end-to-end paid acquisition across platforms including Google, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.\nDrive lead generation strategy with a focus on quality, conversion, and CAC efficiency.\nSet up, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple channels.\nMonitor and improve funnel performance, including lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.\nTrack, report, and analyze performance data to inform decisions and identify bottlenecks.\nCollaborate with sales, program, and leadership teams to align growth efforts with business outcomes.\nRun continuous experiments with new channels, creatives, audiences, and growth strategies.\nBuild scalable systems and processes that make growth predictable and repeatable.\n\nSkills Required:\nStrong understanding of performance marketing, growth strategies, and lead generation.\nHands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across major platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, metrics, and dashboards.\nGood intuition for audience targeting, messaging, and positioning.\nHigh ownership mindset with a bias for execution.\nComfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.\nExposure to AI tools or automation in marketing workflows is a plus.\n\nEducation and Experience:\n3-6 years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or paid acquisition roles.\nExperience in edtech, upskilling, or similar consumer-focused domains is a plus.\nPrior experience owning CAC, funnel conversion, or lead quality metrics is a plus.
